By accessing or using OlympAI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

OlympAI provides AI-powered Olympiad preparation through:

• Unlimited AI-generated practice questions
• Adaptive difficulty based on performance
• Instant feedback and explanations
• Progress tracking and analytics

The Platform is currently in beta. During this period:

• All features are provided free of charge
• Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
• We may experience occasional downtime or bugs
• Beta users will receive special pricing when we launch paid plans

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content on the Platform, including AI-generated questions, explanations, and software, is owned by OlympAI or our licensors. You may use content for personal learning only.

Questions are generated by AI and reviewed for quality. While we strive for 98%+ accuracy:

• AI may occasionally generate incorrect or unclear questions
• Users can report issues using the "Report" button
• We continuously improve AI quality based on feedback
• OlympAI is not liable for any errors in AI-generated content

During beta, all services are free. When we introduce paid plans:

• Pricing will be announced 30 days in advance
• Beta users receive special lifetime discounts
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase

OlympAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Exam results or Olympiad performance
• Platform downtime or data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime from account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Delhi, India.
